So today is December 31, the last official day of 2011, so I’ve decided to dedicate my last 2011 tumblr blog to one of my favorite years so far and list some of my most memorable and favorite memories of this year!
53rd SS Team Bonding to the actual 53rd Luke 18 Weekend!
The first ever SS Team and it was great being the guinea pigs doing this for the first time and all. I had amazing people alongside and really had a fun time getting to know each and everyone of them and helping the Luke 18 Weekend run smoothly! The SS Team: Pau, Rafa, Leandro, Jackie, Paola, Alec, Teo, Gb, Inez, Monique, Steffi, Me. :)

Birthdays - My birthday, and everyone else’s.
2011 was FILLED with birthdays and unforgettable parties! My birthday was a complete fail but was one of the best birthdays nontheless. Celebrated with some of my closests friends, it made my birthday completely memorable! Other 2011 epic birthdays: Marga, Alec, Leandro, Martin, Teo, Javi & Nic’s joint, Sam, Lexie, Mel, Lexi, Camila, ++

@ Leandro’s for my ‘surprise’ birthday!
Marine Camp 2011
One of the best experiences in my life! Last Summer, I joined my first ever camp which was held in Danjugan, Bacolod. A little island filled with beautiful marine life! I met so many new friends mostly from Bacolod, Cebu and Manila and I learned so much about the environment. One of the craziest things about it though, which I will never forget was taking a bath with one bucket of water each day (literally) and having to poop in an eco toilet (doesn’t flush, you just fill it with leaves and let nature do the work!)Roughing it out at it’s best! I definitely will want to come back next summer!!

ACDT - GC Recital, Performances, everything in between!
ACDT this year was probably filled with so many highs but with complimenting lows. I had the priviledge to dance with two troupes, ACDT 10-11, and ACDT 11-12, and meet amazing new dancers and say good bye to some of the most inspiring dancers I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve seriously made a family out of ACDT. :)

Halloween 2011
The most epic Halloween Weekend I’ve experienced in my life! Costumes: Hula Dancer, Angel, Madonna, Piglet! Halloween with DT, Halloween down South, Halloween in Forbes, Halloween @ Teo’s which never fails to be the most crazy and awesome party of the year. It was definitely filled with never to forget moments. HAHA

ReQuest in Manila!
The most talented girl dance crew ReQuest came to Manila and ACDT and other troupes had the priviledge of taking classes with them and seeing them perform live! Their mere presence was already an absolute treat, what more dancing with them!!! They were so nice and warm plus they look 10000 million times better dancing live than in videos. Seeing them perform or even teach a class was just BREATH TAKING!!! I will definitely never ever forget them

ReQuest x ACDT!
Christmas 2011
Christmas as usual was irreplaceable, but this year’s Christmas was extra special when my Tordesillas’ family got to celebrate the holidays much more complete! Relatives from abroad came home and joined us for Christmas! It was amazing seeing our family actually look plenty for the first time in what seems to be a long long time. Also my friends and I still had our Annual Christmas Dinner which was just perfect!

A late Christmas in the beauitful Ayala Triangle!!
So these are basically the highlights of my 2011! It was a GREAT year, filled with so much happiness, laughter, LOVE, a little bit of drama, heartbreak, and a tad bit of sadness, but it was amazing and I am grateful nontheless! So…
here’s to friends….

here’s to family….

photoshoot with the cousins and Tito Chris!
and here’s to a rockin new year!
Today, my friends and I went to Ayala Triangle and we all watched the Christmas Light Show which I have been dying to see! It was absolutely magical and I was really happy!! It really doesn’t get any better than great company and beautiful lights!! The whole production was amazing and the lights really catch your eyes. It was so colorful, happy, basically Christmas mashed into a simple 15 minute light show with complimenting christmas tunes, which really made the whole entire thing a magical affair!
The only thing that really bugged me was the amount of people there and the lack of seating areas, but once the show actually started you’re just taken away by the lights, you barely notice the people. Then the show ends, and you’re back to reality and people shoving you left and right.
Ayala Triangle does have a variety of restaurants to choose from, but they lack in room to welcome a lot of hungry customers. So me and my friends chose to go take out and get a box of pizza from Amici (one of the best authentic Italian restaurants for me) and eat out doors on the grass. Only problem though was the grass wasn’t exactly sit friendly, and the insects!
But over all I really enjoyed the entire experience! The light show really completed my happy day (which started with Martin, Dog Photoshoot, and Fast food hopping with Jackie, Javi and Bianca). I was really in need of a good day and this day was just perfect! I really am thankful for a wonderful set of good company I always seem to have. :)

If you haven’t seen the light show then you guys have till the 30th to go and check it out!!
